A shop with the intention of selling construction materials (linings, bathroom and accessories) must be as a space for a museum or a gallerie.
The main focus must be on objects: the way of showing them, also needs to be done in a way of showing their true dimensions, colours and reflections that they might provide; they must be able to be seen as an individual but also as a group.
All this because colour is only fully real with natural light...
So this is what was done:
Levels were corrected, pavements were cut and walls eliminated. Resuming, it was done what was necessary to “open” the space, making it permeable to natural light and human sight. What before was divided, dark and not understood as a whole, now is a fluid and open space, neutral and open to receive objects just because they are the only reason this space is... with light.
